Fiserv Investment Support Services Signs Deal for
Investigo Practice Management System
Data consolidation and reporting software will allow investment advisors to spend more time with clients, less time on administration
MINNEAPOLIS , Dec. 14, 2005—Investigo®—provider of the financial services industry’s fastest-selling practice management system—announced today that it has formalized an agreement with Fiserv Investment Support Services in which Fiserv ISS’ asset and transaction data will be available via Investigo’s web-based data consolidation and reporting software.
According to Questar Asset Management’s Vice President of Advisory Services Bill Kennedy , Fiserv ISS’ data availability is a key element to the continued success of Questar’s 400 Registered Representatives, 150 of whom are also Investment Advisor Representatives. “With the continued growth of our RIA division, our advisors are utilizing Investigo’s data consolidation software more and more. With the addition of Fiserv ISS data, we can now view our client’s total picture and fully utilize Investigo’s capabilities, giving advisors more time to advise and bring in new clients. The company’s quality assurance services keep interfaces up-to-date and provide the security of reliable data. With Investigo, we’re offering advisors the best data consolidation and reporting platform available, which leads to greater career satisfaction and loyalty—a true competitive advantage in this highly recruited advisor market.”
According to Fiserv ISS’ Executive Vice President Skip Schweiss, “Sophisticated, technology-based practice management tools head the list of priorities for advisors who want to grow their business. We strongly believe in offering an open-architecture back office platform, to position us to serve the needs of a wide variety of advisory firms. Our Investigo alliance and technology interface support that strategy.”
Investigo’s web-based platform integrates a broad range of core practice management functionality into one system at a significantly lower price than competitive systems—eliminating
the need to purchase and maintain multiple systems. It automatically updates, consolidates and reconciles client data, and it provides a single portal for asset tracking, client management and regulatory compliance—streamlining practice management and enabling better client service .
Investigo’s deal with Fiserv ISS follows closely on the heels of a similar agreement the firm signed with Ameritrade Advisor Services™. “The industry’s major custodians are recognizing that our practice management system provides a value-added solution that saves advisors both time and money. By offering Investigo to its advisors, Fiserv ISS enhances their ability to serve their clients more efficiently and effectively,” said Investigo President and CEO Tom Rozman.”
