Thomas Rozman, President and CEO, Director
Tom Rozman has served as president and CEO of Investigo since April 2001.
He is responsible for developing and directing the company's vision and corporate strategy. Mr. Rozman brings to the table nearly 15 years of private client and capital markets experience and several years of systems engineering experience with EDS and Control Data. Mr. Rozman also served as a vice president at Merrill Lynch & Co. At Investigo, Mr. Rozman formulated and fulfilled his vision of an integrated, web-based practice-management tool for the financial services industry. Under his adept leadership, Investigo’s business model continues to flourish.
Mr. Rozman holds an honors M.B.A. degree in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a cum laude B.A. degree in Economics from Saint Olaf College. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Scott Fergusson, Chief Technology Officer, Director
Since joining Investigo in 2001, Mr. Fergusson has led the company’s intellectual property and product development efforts.
In addition to over 13 years of financial services experience in the private client marketplace, Mr. Fergusson’s successful entrepreneurial experience brings Investigo valuable leadership.
He founded Fergusson Miller Asset Management where he developed and sold a web-based application to LifeUSA (a major life insurance organization).
A former NASD principal, Mr. Fergusson holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
He holds a B.S.E.E. degree from TriState University.
David Braun, Executive Vice President of Sales, Director
Mr. Braun provides Investigo with over 24 years of sales and executive management experience in diverse retail financial services organizations—including The Travelers, Smith Barney, Reliastar and Wells Fargo.
Since joining the company in 2002, Mr. Braun’s leadership has propelled Investigo’s revenue growth.
A NASD principal, Mr. Braun holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses and is a Charter Life Underwriter.
His B.A. degrees in Political Science and American History is from Washington and Lee University.
Michael Waybright, Vice President Information Technology
Mr. Waybright joined Investigo in 2005 with over 5 years of securities industry experience as a Database Architect. He has also worked in development and infrastructure roles for Dow-listed, Fortune 500, and Fortune 1000 firms over the past 15 years.
As Vice President of Information Technology, Mr. Waybright directs Investigo's IT Infrastructure, Application Development, Database Engineering, Production support, and Quality Assurance teams. His leadership in these areas ensures an Enterprise level / industry leading product for our clients.
Mr. Waybright holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Science with concentration in Information Systems from Shippensburg University.
Jennifer Purdue, Vice President Client Relations
Ms. Purdue joined Investigo in February of 2005. She brings with her over 10 years of securities knowledge and experience with Broker/Dealer operations.
Prior to joining Investigo, she was the principal Firm Risk Analyst for a Fortune 500 Broker/Dealer.
As Vice President of Customer Support, she ensures the continuing quality of Investigo's day-to-day interaction with our clients. Ms. Purdue has extensive knowledge of call center operations as she previously managed both the Trading Desk and the Cashiering/TOA departments for her former Broker/Dealer.
Ms. Purdue currently holds NASD Series 6, 63, 7, and 24 licenses. She also holds her B.A. degree in Psychology from Purdue University.
Robert Hollman, Vice President Quality Assurance
Mr. Hollman joined Investigo in November of 2003, bringing with him over 10 years experience in the financial services industry and 10 years experience in a family-owned business. He has served as a manager of multiple departments and as Principal in Broker/Dealer operations for a Fortune 500 firm, giving him much desired knowledge of the inner workings of brokers.
He is responsible for planning future application development and overseeing the implementation of new Investigo customer transitioning. As Investigo continues to expand its product offering, Mr. Hollman dynamically anticipates market needs to maintain Investigo as an industry leader through client relations and a comprehensive knowledge of client needs.
Mr. Hollman currently holds NASD Series 7 and 24 licenses and is a Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter. He graduated summa cum laude from Indiana Wesleyan University with a M.B.A. and magna cum laude from Indiana University with a B.A., concentration in Finance.
